Email enquiries
The website does not automatically send an enquiry. Contact links open your own email application, where you review and send the message. Preparing or copying a brief does not send its contents to BPV.
If you email us, we use the name, email address, message and attachments you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss the requested service. The legal basis for an individual's request before entering a contract is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business representatives, it is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Please send only information needed for the enquiry.
We retain enquiry information until the enquiry and resulting discussions are concluded. We retain necessary records afterwards only where required to perform a contract, meet a legal retention obligation, or establish, exercise or defend a specific legal claim; that obligation or claim determines the period. We use Google Gmail for email correspondence.
Storage in your browser
The name, email and scene description entered in the brief are temporarily stored in this tab's session storage so you can continue after navigating or changing language. Clear draft removes them. Browsers normally clear this storage when a session ends, but a restored browser session may retain it. Always clear your draft on a shared device.
A session flag prevents repeated introductions. The administrator area uses protected session cookies necessary for signing in. A functional cookie remembers the administrator’s chosen language for up to one year. The current application contains no audience analytics, advertising or social media tracking code, and embeds no external video or map. Fonts and images are served through this website.
Website operation and security
When a page loads, the hosting service may process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested path, response code and browser information to deliver the website and investigate security problems. The purpose is reliable operation and preventing abuse, based on legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Technical logs follow the service's active logging and security retention settings. Incident records may be retained longer only where needed to investigate the incident or defend legal claims.
Hosting and web delivery: Vercel. Database, media storage and administrator authentication: Supabase. Public visitors do not have user accounts. Administrator access information is retained while access is authorised; security event information is retained as needed for investigation.
The providers use international infrastructure, so processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. Their processing and international transfer terms are available below. Contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to the email or postal address above. We normally respond within one month. If an extension is necessary under the GDPR, we explain the reason within the first month.
You may lodge a complaint with Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or seek a judicial remedy. The authority's current contact details and formal complaint procedures are available on its website. NAIH
Providing information is voluntary. Without contact details, we cannot respond to an enquiry. The website does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
